Early Years Child Care Providers
Qualified Staff Members
We pride ourselves in low staff turnover. Each team member meets or exceeds the training requirements set forth by the Oregon Department of Education Early Learning Division Office of Child Care (OCC). These include enrollment in the OCC Central Background Registry, a current Pediatric CPR certificate and 15 hours of continuing education credits annually.
Several team members have completed coursework in Early Childhood Education. Some are moms, which is always a plus for your baby.
The teachers offer a nurturing
environment and Nancy (owner) and her team run a tight ship. My second son has speech challenges and the teachers worked with his speech therapist to provide some extra practice. But honestly, it was the support and encouragement of the teachers that gave him the confidence to try to say specific sounds. It brought tears to my eyes how much my little guy has grown! My boys have enjoyed their time at Early Years and we have made some life long family friends between the teachers and school friends.

She is always in good spirits, and the physical and social ways she gets to grow and play each day gives me joy.
